This ballet school is so unique because it is not a 'recital" factory, where all the students do is practice for a show at the end of the year...Ms Lu, really teaches them ballet with the french terminology and the russian technique...her results are fabulous. Brenda Smith

My Daughter started taking lessons with Ms.Lu last year. She learned more in the last year than she did during the 4 years she took lessons at her previouse dance studio. Ms.Lu makes it fun for her students of all ages. All around a great experience!
Ballet for Adults Getting enrolled at Center for the Arts Ballet School is one of the best things that ever happened to me since i have moved to Tampa. I have been taking classes with Ms. Lu since 2008 (I believe) and it has been a great experience. Ms. Lu will push us to the limit we can offer considering most of us (adult class) are not in our best physical shape. Some of my classmates have even never taken a ballet class before. As for me, I have studied ballet since little, graduated at the ballet school in my town in Argentina, and spent almost 12 years without dancing. When i found out Ms. Lu was offering a class for adults, I was trilled! It was hard at the beginning but with time and perseverance all the steps and posture came back to me. We have become a little family. Thanks Ms. Lu for so much dedication and patience! sometimes we behave as toddlers! :) If you have the chance to get in one of her classes, don't miss the opportunity.
